MAY MOBILITY

Seamless organized a multi-year pilot of autonomous vehicles in Grand Rapids pulling together a public-private partnership including numerous enterprises and the city of Grand Rapids. The project was set up to test the readiness of self-driving vehicles and understand the implications for the city, riders, and various businesses. At the time, it was the largest deployment of autonomous vehicles accessible to the public.  May Mobility has continued to grow it’s business since the project raising over $200M over the course of its life.

JUSTAIR

Seamless initiated a project to assess the technical feasibility of gathering neighborhood level air quality data with a network of gas and particulate sensors.  With our enterprise partners we also prototyped several applications for the data.

The project showed promise and was spun out as a venture called JustAir. JustAir has expanded to multiple cities and is focused on environmental justice in the communities they monitor.
